This shop is wonderful, extremely honest. Pricing is beyond fair, I am yet to have a poor experience. Staff friendly, never try to rush you out, always explain in detail what the car needs. I send my son there without any worries. If your not using Johns you may want to consider it.

Donna is efficient, and friendly, listens to your concerns, and properly communicates them to the shop. Mark is patient and thorough. The pricing is fair and I fully trust that they are always doing the right thing by me. I do recommend John's frequently, and will continue to use them for all of my automotive service needs.

If I could give these guys six stars I would. I work in the service industry and I've been through it all with other shops, dealers, etc. I normally do most of my own repairs but when I get too busy, these guys are the only ones I will let touch my vehicles going forward. Honest, fair, and fast. I thought service like this was all but lost. I happily recommend them to everyone I know.
